SAUSAGE PASTA
 
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup fresh tomatoes
2oz andoulie sausage
2oz our homemade pork sausage
2oz black olives
6oz fusilli
 
Heat ˝ olive oil heat, add crumbled or sliced sausages cook till drain fat. Add remaining oil and sauté done garlic in till soft. Add remaining ingredients, except pasta and heat through. Boil pasta then add to pan with sausage.
